Free gifts & coupons

• Free gifts are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or replacement.
• Only one coupon may be redeemed per order unless a promotion says otherwise.
• Expired coupons cannot be applied after the expiry date.
• We do not accept manufacturer coupons or coupons from other websites.

Colour & packaging

We try to display product colours accurately, but appearance may vary by screen. Packaging may vary by batch or manufacturer. Our team reviews products for quality; if you receive a defective item, contact customer service promptly.

Payments & fraud protection

We accept payment via Paystack and Flutterwave (cards, bank transfer, and other methods those gateways support).

When you place an order, your bank may show a pending authorisation. Once payment is confirmed and the order progresses, the charge is completed according to your bank’s rules. Enter billing details exactly as your bank records them.

If a card is declined, a pending attempt may appear temporarily (often clearing within 24–48 hours) without a completed charge. Repeated declines may cause your bank to hold the card — contact your bank if that happens.

All orders are subject to fraud review. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if fraud is suspected. We may contact you to verify an order; failure to respond within a reasonable time may result in cancellation and refund of any successful payment.
