Registration
To use an account you provide details such as name and email. Optional fields (for example skin type) help personalise recommendations and are not required to shop as a guest where available.
Orders
Checkout requires contact and shipping details. Payment card data is processed by Paystack and/or Flutterwave — we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Sharing
We share information with shipping partners and payment processors only as needed to fulfil your order. These providers should not use your data for unrelated purposes.
Security
We use HTTPS and restrict staff access to personal data to those who need it for their role. Servers are kept in a secured environment. No method of transmission is 100% secure; please use a strong password for your account.
AI skin scanner
Face scanning runs on your device where possible. When you are logged in, resulting skin preferences (such as tone or type tags) may be stored on your profile to power product recommendations. You can edit or clear related profile fields in account settings.
Policy changes
We may update this policy; the latest version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
